Appointment Booking

• Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require accurate contact information at the time of booking.
• Please review all service descriptions, requirements, and policies before booking your appointment.
• If you are unsure which service is right for you, please get in touch with me before booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-call/no-show appointments may be charged a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arriving late may shorten your appointment time to avoid delaying future clients.
• If you arrive too late to complete your service safely and properly, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Waxing Policies

• Please allow hair to grow to the appropriate length before your appointment (approximately ¼ inch or the length of a grain of rice).
• Avoid shaving between waxing appointments to maintain consistent results.
• Clients must disclose any medications, skincare products, or treatments that may affect skin sensitivity.
• Waxing may not be performed on compromised skin, including areas affected by sunburn, irritation, open wounds, or certain medications.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if waxing is not considered safe for your skin at the time of your appointment.

Brazilian Wax Policy

• Brazilian waxing is performed in a professional and respectful environment.
• Proper hygiene is required before your appointment. Please arrive clean and prepared for your service.
• Please let me know of any comfort concerns or sensitivities during your appointment so I can provide the best possible experience.
• All services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the appointment. You will be dismissed and blocked from booking future appointments.

Lash Lift, Brow Lamination & Tinting Policies

• Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions to lash/brow products.
• A patch test may be recommended for clients with sensitive skin or a history of reactions.
• Results vary depending on natural hair condition, growth patterns, and aftercare.
• Following aftercare instructions is essential for maintaining results.

Health & Safety

• Please notify me before your appointment if you are pregnant, taking new medications, using prescription skincare, or have experienced changes in your skin or health.
• I prioritize safety and may recommend postponing a service if contraindications are present.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to complete required consent forms and follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.

Respectful Environment

• I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free experience for every client.
• Respectful communication is expected at all times.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and services may be discontinued.

Minor Service Policy

For the safety and comfort of all clients, minors receiving services must follow these guidelines:

• A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor for the entire duration of the appointment.
• Parent or legal guardian consent and signature are required before any service is performed.
• Clients receiving waxing or beauty services must be at least 10 years of age.
• Bikini waxing services are available to clients aged 16 and older with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Brazilian waxing services are available to clients aged 16 and older with consent from a parent or legal guardian and signed approval.
• The parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing service expectations, risks, aftercare instructions, and any necessary disclosures before treatment.
• I reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if I determine it is not appropriate or safe for the client.

Guest & Children Policy

• I understand that life can be busy, and I welcome clients who may need to bring a guest or a child to their appointment.
• A comfortable seating area is available for guests to wait while you serve.
• Guests and children must be able to remain safely entertained and respectful of the spa environment.
• If a guest or child becomes disruptive or prevents me from safely and properly completing your service, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or may not be completed.
• I am a solo service provider and need to stay on schedule for all clients.
• I cannot allow delays that impact another client's scheduled appointment time.
• Thank you for helping me provide every client with the time, attention, and experience they deserve.
